Ethan is the founder and creator of MAV. He has been working as a designer for 8+ years. Ethan is responsible for the creative and visual direction of the MAV brand. As well as the head of Directing, shooting, editing, and executing all MAV video & design projects.

Shawna is a Photographer/Multidisciplinary Artist. She works with the MAV team to capture some of MAV's most precious moments. One of the most creative photographers we have met. Shawna's talent and creativity is a immense asset to the MAV team.

Ricky makes anyone look lazy. He is the driving force of MAV and keeps the brand moving forward with his "always on the move' demeanor. Ricky is responsible for growing the brand and reaching a larger audience.

Greg as been with MAV since the beginning. He's an incredible designer and is the creator of the classic "suck it and suffer" tee. Greg also Skates paints and writes. Check him out.
